Student Association of Farm Workers Program for Piedmont Health
  • Call for an appointment to have an one-on-one visit with a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist. These visits focus on making long term changes with eating and physical activity habits. Appointments range from management of chronic issues (diabetes, hypertension, weight) to allergies, preparation for bariatric surgery to general overall health and wellness (how to help your children eat healthier.)
  • Appointments are offered at Prospect Hill, Scott, Burlington and Charles Drew locations. A Piedmont Health patient is welcome at any location
